The wristband can be adjusted by following these steps: 1. Find the engraved arrow on the inside of the strap 2. Align the needle of the tool in the direction of the arrow with the side hole of the pin and slowly push out the pin 3. Remove the pins and links 4. Connect the links and let the pin follow the arrow back to the wristband 5. Use the tool to push the pin back to its original position
